Racheal is a certified yoga instructor, personal and group training coach, and Reiki Master with over 25 years on her own wellness journey. Drawing on both modern practice and ancestral wisdom passed down through her Alaskan Native heritage, she creates programs that honor the whole self — mind, body, and spirit. Her mission is to hold space for people of all backgrounds and levels to feel safe, supported, and empowered as they cultivate balance, strength, and serenity.

Christina Stewart is a dedicated Mat Pilates instructor whose lifelong love of movement shines through every class. With her passion and energy, she creates a spark that inspires students to push further and find joy in their practice. A longtime Pilates lover, Christina blends precision with playfulness, making her classes both challenging and uplifting. Off the mat, she enjoys hiking, paddle boarding under the sun, and spending time with her beloved dogs and family.

Leona is a RYT 200-hour certified yoga teacher and a Certified Grief Educator & Grief Movement Guide. She created Grace in Motion, a workshop series that weaves movement, breath, sound, and reflection to support those navigating grief. Her work acknowledges that grief arises not only from death, but also from endings, changes, and life’s unexpected turns. Grace in Motion provides a safe space to release pain, invite healing, and cultivate love and purpose from the heart space.
