Yoga and Wellness with Coach RachealOwned and Operated by Racheal Matthews Diaz Participation & Liability AgreementBy registering for or participating in any service with Yoga and Wellness with Coach Racheal (Racheal Matthews Diaz), you agree to the following: You participate voluntarily and assume all risks related to physical movement, emotional wellness activities, and any events or retreats. You release Yoga and Wellness with Coach Racheal, Racheal Matthews Diaz, her home, collaborators, volunteers, and property owners from liability for injury, illness, or loss. Cancellations & Payments All sales are final. No refunds unless otherwise stated. Special event deposits are non-refundable. Credit may be issued if your spot is filled. Class passes expire based on package terms. Auto-renew requires 30-day notice to cancel. Food LiabilityFood may be served. By attending, you release all parties (including Olivia Strong and collaborators) from responsibility related to food allergens or illness. Please inform us of allergies in advance. Confidentiality & Privacy We collect only essential personal information. Your data is never shared unless required by law. Private group sharing stays within the group. Participants agree not to disclose others' stories. Photo & Media PolicyPhotos may be taken during classes or events. Let us know if you prefer not to appear. For Mending Hearts Unite, no facial images will be posted without written consent. By participating, you acknowledge this agreement and commit to upholding community respect and personal responsibility.
