A gentle women’s peer circle guided by Coach Racheal—featuring yoga, meditation, journal prompts, a mini soundbath, and a themed art activity. Come as you are, and leave with a full heart.
Bring a journal, pen, mug for tea, and a yoga mat (extras available). Wear comfy clothes.
