Community Yoga & Soundbath

Join Coach Racheal for a nourishing community practice in the beautiful Red Barn. This gathering begins with a gentle yoga flow to ground the body, followed by a restorative soundbath to calm the mind and soothe the spirit.

Come as you are! Open to all levels and designed to leave you feeling balanced, connected, and renewed.
